Denzel - Pit bull(?) mix - 1 yr - male (62lbs)

Say hello to Denzel! This adorable boy was surrendered to a county shelter, along with his two brothers (Ramsey and Cyrus, who are also up for adoption), and we were told that their owners moved out of the country. Sadly, all three had lived as outside dogs and were given very little attention. While they’re very sweet, all three need work on their manners and are learning how to be the happy, playful puppies they should be at this age. 

Denzel is learning quickly that people are great AND that they have treats. ☺️ He can be a bit unsure when he meets someone new, but he warms up quickly. He turns into quite the lover boy! He loves to go for walks and is good on a leash, pulling only at the beginning with the excitement of the new outing. He’s good with other dogs, loves to roughhouse, and is super athletic. Training should come naturally as he’s very smart and food motivated.
